6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities related to the Company's services and remove any links or marketing materials from their platforms.

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the Company and not disclose such information to third parties without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate's participation in the Program.
