- Subscription Fees: Charges for monthly or annual plans.
- One-Time Fees: Any setup or ancillary service fees.
Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or cancellation status.
3. Subscription Payments
3.1. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through our authorized payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
- Charges will appear as "FIRSTSALES.IO" or "LITTLE SAAS, INC" on your statement.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
3.2. Billing Cycles
- The subscription period begins on the date of the initial payment.
- Recurring charges are automatically processed on the same date each billing cycle.
- Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial to allow prospective users to evaluate our Service. To avoid charges, you must cancel your trial before it ends. Failure to do so will result in automatic billing for the selected subscription plan.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.
- Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service Guarantees
7.1. Service Availability
- No refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions.
- Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for compensation.
- Extended service outages exceeding 24 hours may be evaluated for service credits, which are not convertible to monetary refunds.
7.2. Account Access
- Users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email accounts.
- Password resets and access issues do not qualify for refunds.
- Claims of non-receipt of service must be reported within 24 hours of payment.

- Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.
- Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for refunds.
